Don’t make excuses why you can’t or won’t succeed, I can trump yours. Let me introduce myself – I am a 47 year old woman, 5 year reformed smoker, pre-menopausal and happen to be deaf and blind. After smoking for 18 years, I stopped cold turkey and the usual cravings kicked in. I satisfied them with sugars and junk food which I knew it was unhealthy but the cravings won. I got a job promotion and tried to eat more protein to curb the cravings and with the aid of my Guide Dog, Janie, I was able to get out and exercise a bit. It was yo-yo years – I did not have proper coaching or a workout routine and I gained more weight than I want to even remember. Janie was retired and that loss created a great sadness for me. Fortunately, I was matched with my current Guide Dog, Kartie in January 2015 and he and I resumed our walks as he learned my routines. Life was going great – and then my hormones started to act up with hot flashes, cravings and fatigue taking over my life. Living in Tampa, the heat and my fatigue limited our walks and I’d eat to mum my stomach screaming for food. I talked to my doctor about this and after several blood tests and trying various treatments, it was determined that my hormones were out of whack. Fortunately they are now under control but I needed to work on the damage done to my weight and attitude of failure. Problem solved! I hired Michael Stull, who happens to be a friend of my sister’s husband (no kidding).  I wanted to support my sister and even though I had doubts, I signed up for the 30-Day Online Fitness Challenge. My doubts were quickly put to rest as I learned that Michael is very understanding and compassionate and would answer every question possible. I just completed my 30-Day Online Fitness Challenge with Michael and have lost 12 combined inches and 8 pounds. All in 30 days you ask?!? Yes!  I have an outstanding work ethic and commitment and I wanted to feel good about myself. Damn the hormones and any other excuse – this is for ME! The nutrition plan Michael custom-created for me is awesome and as I said, I had my doubts, but I was wrong. The plan gave me better mental clarity to focus on tasks at work which resulted in beating deadlines. I was stuck in a rut of bad habits: not eating well and seriously sedentary. I had let myself go. Then I went through pregnancy and with my first child came all kinds of easy excuses as to why I couldn’t get myself back on track. I saw Michael’s program in action on Facebook. I knew I needed help but I was afraid of letting myself and Michael down. My husband and I finally signed up in December and we were told we could start whenever we were ready. I still wasn’t ready to start come April. I was terrified that it would be too hard, that I would try and fail again. But, Michael told us: it’s all laid out for you, just plug and chug. And so we committed to start our 12 week challenge. Michael was right about it all being laid out for us. While not always perfect at following the plan, I don’t feel like I’ve failed at all. I’ve lost almost 15 pounds in 12 weeks. I’ve made serious changes in my life when it comes to eating and working out. I may have cried trying to do push-ups from my knees on day 1 but I pushed through my mental and physical barriers with my husband and Michael on my side. Now 12 weeks may have come and gone but my challenge isn’t over yet. Michael’s program is something that is totally sustainable and I plan to keep the progress coming! I cannot thank Michael enough for the push I needed to get started on this journey and giving me the tools to keep moving ahead!

My wife and I would start all the popular workout programs and would soon quit the program. When I first contacted Mike I wasn’t feeling the best about myself and I had put on 30 extra pounds and wasn’t working out. I would look at the results his clients were attaining and was very inspired especially. After a few months, Mike emailed me to touch base to see if I was still interested in signing up. We decided to sign up but of course dragged our feet starting it. We were both anxious/nervous the program would be too much or we would be hungry all the time. All those fears/worries were unwarranted once we started the program. From the very beginning the food plan was easy to follow and quickly became second nature. The workouts were structured and easy to follow. Mike was very responsive when we would email him with questions or issues. We both had a few ups and downs while doing the program but got back on the horse and Mike never let us get off course or forget why we were doing this. We had cheat meals and missed some exercise days but overall kept our eye on the prize of losing weight and becoming stronger and more fit. Overall, I have currently lost 15 pounds and roughly 20 total inches and my pants and shirts are fitting better. I have more weight to lose and I am not at my ideal weight but I am well on my way and have all the tools necessary for getting there with Mike’s guidance. The biggest part of Mike’s program is his detailed meal plan. I believe this is what made the biggest difference for us. I would always be more focused on working out but would be eating crap food and this combination just doesn’t work. Since doing his program I have started to run more and actually enjoy working out. I can’t thank Mike enough, we have turned over a new leaf and look forward to continuing on the path. I highly recommend Mike’s online program regardless of fitness level you, it won’t disappoint!

Wow, here we are! 12 weeks in. Let’s rewind the clock back a bit to the starting point. For those of you who may not have heard my wife’s testimonial below it is also part of my story, so humor me please. My wife had become unhappy with our habitually bad eating habits and abundant lifestyle. It was a gradually subtle decline, creeping up at an ever so slow pace. We were all about convenience. Being a husband and father of four, you tend to do things as efficiently as possible. Which as we found out the hard way, wasn’t always the best way. Basically, everything we did was fast. From getting everybody ready to go somewhere, to grabbing a bite to eat. We were always doing something. Whether it was working, taking the kids to an after school event, making sure we made our appointments, church attendance, choir practice, football practice, girls volley ball games. etc. You know the story. Different characters, but you know the drill. So one day on a family outing to the local grocery store, we walked into Publix as we did quite frequently. I jumped on the scale at the front of the store, registering in at close to 200 lbs. My wife decided to do the same, only a much different reaction. As she jumped up on the scale, her head whipped back at me with lightning speed ready to yell at me for fooling around, her thinking that I was stepping on the scale behind her as to make her look heavier than she was. When much to her surprise, there I was a few feet away from the scale entirely. The scale registered a number that changed something in us both that day. We had been seeing posts from Michel Stull’s clientele on Facebook and these people were getting results. I told my wife at that point in time, also according to the look on her face when she saw the number roll up on the scale, that we were going to do something.  Not later, now.  I told her to contact Michael Stull and see what it took to get started.  Michael was very accommodating and expedient on his delivery on our diet and exercise regiment. He was extremely encouraging and was always accessible.  I’m sure we were even annoying at times with some of our silly questions.  But he never expressed anything other than motivation and affirmation through the whole process. It was a scary place to start and seemed overwhelming at first.  But we knew something had to be done. This was a critical point for both of us.  Mentally, physically, and emotionally.  We made the commitment and determined that whatever it took, whether it was painful or not, we were going to achieve our goal.  We quickly realized that success or failure simply boiled down to a choice. A choice that we had to make each and every day.  I’m thankful that we chose to do this together. Though it’s only been 12 weeks, we’ve both learned a lot about ourselves, and the things we are capable of accomplishing when we set our minds and hearts to something.  This is an investment into your future with tangible returns.  What may look scary at first, with hard work and perseverance, you too can accomplish what you set out to do.  We are closer now than we ever thought we would be.  This is a marathon, not a sprint.  Michael, thank you for making a difference in our lives!

It all started the day my husband and I went into Publix and weighed ourselves. When I stood on the scale my head whipped around to yell at my husband for putting his foot on it and making me heavier than I actually was!  But to my surprise, he was standing 2 feet behind me!  I really weighed 145 pounds! I had really let myself go! We were eating out dinner and desert every night of the week. I had stomach issues that caused me pain, I was tired, I had no drive for life, and I was just existing day to day. I had accepted that I was overweight and mentally everyday just told myself, that I was pushing 40 and this is how life is. But my husband and I had been following Michael Stull and watching his clients, who are real, normal people; change their health in just 12 weeks.  So my husband said, we are going to do this because he saw that I had given up. We contacted Michael, filled out all the paperwork, and in no time, got our meal plan and exercise plan.  He basically told us what to eat, when to eat it, and provided a workout plan that included pictures, which is great for me! We eased our way into it and really got our food plan under control before we started our workouts.  We had to do a complete change of what we had been doing, eating wise.  Once we started the cardio and weight training, was when I really realized that I needed this more than ever!  I was weak and tired, but I was also determined.  You see, there’s something about paying for a trainer that holds you accountable.  I knew Michael would want reports on our progress, and I really didn’t want to fail or let him down. So at first, the accountability to Michael was huge for me.  It really kept me going. And the more we checked in, especially with pictures, it was like our support group grew.  There are a bunch of other people doing the same program, encouraging each other, and all getting awesome results! About week 9, I realized that there is no way I’m stopping at week 12.  Just because my first plan was about to be over, this had become a lifestyle that I had been longing for!  I absolutely love eating clean. I no longer have any stomach issues.  I have dropped weight, although I don’t judge by the scale anymore, because I am building and sculpting muscle, which is awesome by the way!  I don’t feel miserable after I eat, and I cannot wait to get back into the gym once I leave! So thank you to Michael Stull for making me see that just because I am middle aged now, it doesn’t mean I have to look and feel like crap! It’s only just beginning! I feel like I have a fresh start, and am super excited to see what my body is capable of doing!

When I first started training with Mike I was a freshman in high school and was working with him at Bodyworks gym. I had decided that I was not going to change the way I was going to eat, I just wanted to get a little stronger. He motivated me to change my eating after a few months and I took it to heart. I have been eating clean for three years now. After he left Bodyworks and relocated to Florida, he continued to send me workouts through the online fitness programs. My story is pretty typical. I was an “on the go” girl that ate fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had my daughter in 2008 and everything (including my health) was pushed aside. My fitness journey started with one of my best friends, Mike Stull; I started his program in 2009. I will admit that I didn’t have the willpower or courage to follow through with the entire 12 weeks. It slowly tapered off and before I knew it, I was back where I started. I kept the papers he gave me and every now and then I would try to get back into it, but it just never stuck. It’s true what they say, “You have to want it!” Fast forward to March 2013; oh my was I looking rough. I did Insanity for 4 weeks and then quit. Eat eat eat, gain gain gain. Fast forward again to September 2014. At 140lbs I was looking and feeling my absolute worst and figured, “I’m 30 years old, it’s now or never.” I busted out my clean food list that Mike had given me and joined the YMCA. With Mike in mind, I knew I couldn’t and WOULDN’T quit. He has always been so helpful, motivating and just downright wonderful and I just wanted to make him (and of course myself) proud. I can’t explain enough how awesome Michael’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge is.  I have tried so many different workout programs, DVDs, gym routines, and nothing has really stuck with me the way this program has.  The easy-to-follow gym workouts and outline of meal plans really is a no brainer.  The hard part is setting your mind to making a change and actually sticking with it.  Routine was huge for me, and this program helped me get into a routine where not working out or not going to the gym wasn’t an option.  I made time to do this and I prioritized around that.  I understand the situation is different for a lot of people, but if you want change you have to make it happen.  There will be set-backs (the holidays fell right towards the end of my 12 weeks) but it’s all about a state of mind.  Now that I’m finished with this 12 week program, I may do another 12 weeks. But Michael has given me the tools and knowledge to make healthy changes in my life.  It’s not just a 12 week program anymore, it’s every day.  I feel like a completely different person.  I have more energy and aches and pains I had issues with before don’t bother me like they used to!  Overall, I’m more confident and happy.  I’m excited to see where I will be in my health and fitness weeks, months, even years down the road.  Thank you Michael for all your encouragement during this process! I have always been overweight and there hasn’t been a time that I wasn’t on a diet. On my last of many failed attempts to lose weight on my own, I ended up gaining 18 pounds. Discouraged, confused and pissed off, I knew I needed to do something for myself that was actually going to work. Even though I was a fan and friend of Mike’s for almost 8 years and had success with him in the past, I was skeptical of online training but I knew he was the only one with the answers I desperately needed. I signed up for the 12 week online program and started it almost 2 weeks later. It was an adjustment but so easy to follow and I was excited about changing my life. I never felt like it was impossible or that it had me compromising with my daily wants and needs. It is all about balance and valuing yourself and once you figure that out, all of the rest of it falls into place. I still have work to do and I am far from done but this was the start I needed. In 12 weeks I lost 32 pounds and 9.5 inches in total. I had cheat meals and even some cheat days. I dealt with some personal injuries and missed gym days but I never gave up on my goal ahead. My short term goal was to lose 30 pounds and I did that. I gained so much strength mentally and physically as well as knowledge to make my changes last. I would recommend one of Mike’s online programs to anyone that is looking to make a change. You will not be disappointed!

I met Michael several years ago through a friend and I knew that the only way to lose the rest of my baby weight and tone up was to get back in touch with him! I decided to start with the 30 day online shred program, as I knew it would be intense and really make me focus on healthy food and grow good exercise habits. Not only did I rock the 30 days by losing 9 pounds, but the inches I saw melt away were incredible! And I did it with Michael guiding, supporting and motivating me throughout the entire 30 day process. I have always been a heavy person as far back as I can remember. In the 4th grade I couldn’t do P.E. at all because I was so big. In the 8th grade I was 5’8″ and 350 lbs. My mom always told me I was a growing boy and fed me whatever I wanted. When I was in high school I joined sports and lost a little bit of weight and sprouted to 6’2″, but was never less than 300 lbs. The lightest I’ve ever been was 295 lbs. Then 3 years ago I started working for this company named Love’s Tire Care; part of Love’s Country Stores and Travel Stops. I lost about 25 lbs. I also have dealt with a lot of depression and I would fluctuate in my weight. In May I moved back in with my girlfriend and my son and she was telling me about this diet program that she wanted to try. I really wasn’t going to try it because I have been doing all kinds of diet programs and never lost the weight. I’ve tried Atkins and the South Beach Diet and the bread and water diet. All these diets just made me hungrier and I would binge eat and gain more weight than what I lost. Today I stand here and tell you that this diet and exercise program is a blessing to me and my family. I am able to do more outdoor activities and walk long distances without getting winded and now my girlfriend and I are going to do another round of The 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge and I cannot wait to see what I transform into after this. Just to let everyone know, I have lost over 50 lbs. total on this program. I am below my goal weight of 220 lbs. as my last weigh-in was 218 lbs. Michael, you are a very blessed person and I thank you for everything you have given me. You have given me something that was never given to me before; my self-confidence and pride in myself. I am a 29 year old mother of 3 beautiful children who keep me on my toes with their hectic schedule. I also work the midnight shift which doesn’t make it much easier to manage life let alone a healthy lifestyle. At least that is what I thought before I started Michael’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge. I am a little over half-way through and I have never had as much energy working nights as I have now while following his plan of working out and healthy eating. Not only have I found myself with more energy to get through the day, I have found myself to be in much better moods. I have watched the pounds and inches melt off my body and the numbers on the scale have kept going down and I have gone down several sizes in clothes in such a short time. My overall health has improved so much that the blood pressure medicine I have been taking had to be reduced because it was dropping me too low because for the first time in a long time by exercising and eating right my body was maintaining a healthy blood pressure naturally. Hopefully soon I will be off of them completely. Michael’s program has completely changed my life and the lives of others around me and I can’t thank him enough for introducing me to this new life. I have a lot of weight to lose and a long way to go still but with his program, tips and Michael on my side I know there is no stopping me. This is just the beginning. I have been working out for some time but as you can see from my before picture, I was heading in the wrong direction. I had slacked on my diet and just wasn’t as focused as I needed to be. Before starting Michael Stull’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge, I was really unhappy with the way I looked. I had been going to the gym for a year, but had no clue what I was doing there! I used a trainer at the gym on occasion, but never felt like the workouts were specific to me and my goals. I felt like I was just wandering around the gym for an hour, then going home. My diet was terrible, I would sometimes go all day and forget to eat, or I would grab something from a fast food restaurant. Being a busy mom who worked full-time was my excuse to eat the way I was eating. I knew I wanted to get in shape and get healthy, but I had no idea where to begin. Enter my friend Laura. She began posting photos during an online fitness program she was doing. I was immediately intrigued. She gave me a little info but I was scared of the unknown. After my friend Jackie started the program, my husband and I decided to sign up. Best decision ever! Michael has been so amazing! He developed a diet plan that actually had me eating way more than usual! The plan was step by step for both the diet and workouts. It’s really obvious that Michael takes the time to consider goals and lifestyle to create the perfect plan! I have been so thrilled with the program, so much so that I am getting ready to start a second round! Michael has changed the way I feel about the gym and how I feel about what I put in my body. I don’t think I could accurately put into words how much Michael’s program has changed my life, but I’m going to try. I was in such a bad place physically and mentally before I began his program. Mentally I was so depressed and embarrassed by the way I looked. I used to pinch my excess skin all of the time in total disgust, and only dressed in oversized hoodies and sweatpants because regular clothes made me self-conscious and were too uncomfortable for me to wear! Physically, I was in so much pain. I had terrible pain in my legs that had caused me to miss several days at work, many sleepless nights, and even had an effect on me psychologically. By the time I signed up with Mike, I was taking an abundance of over the counter pain reliever and remember telling him I was afraid I would end up a medicine cabinet. After only THREE weeks on Mike’s program, my leg pain began to subside and I was able to stop taking the pain reliever entirely! After 12 weeks on the program the pain is GONE. Nutrition wise, his meal plan was SO easy to follow. I was worried at first that I wouldn’t be able to stick to it, but the food is so good and he gives you a lot of different options so you don’t fall into eating the same thing over and over every day. What I like most about it is I’m never uncomfortable and no longer have to worry about food. I’m never starving or bloated because I’ve eaten too much. When it comes time to eat, I eat and that’s that! So far I have lost 21 lbs. and 4 pant sizes. But I have gained so much more. I’m so much more confident and happy. Michael and his program have truly given me my life back, in more ways than one. To feel comfortable in your skin for the first time in nearly a decade is such an unexplainable feeling. I used to pull and yank at my clothes in an attempt to loosen them, but lately I don’t mind as much if they’re a little form fitting! And of course Michael is one of the most supportive people you could ask for to have on your side. Whatever you need, you can count on him to be right there with/for you. I thought it would be weird having a personal trainer online, but a lot of the time I still felt like he was right there with me! And now every time I overhear someone say they want to lose weight, eat healthy and get in shape only one name comes out of my mouth; “Michael Stull!”

I’m the type of person who tends to do everything on my own. I’ve lost 50 pounds before by myself, so I thought I would just do that again after having my son. I lost 27 pounds on my own, but the rest just wouldn’t budge, so I knew I needed help. Enter Michael Stull! I am so glad I made the decision to start the 12 week challenge with Mike- I lost 4 pounds in the first week. It’s not just about the weight-loss though, and it’s not a quick fix plan that you can just forget (though you do see results quickly). This is the best thing about Mike’s plan is that it’s about adopting and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. And that is truly the only thing that will keep you fit and feeling great- a lifestyle change. The nutrition plan was vital in my transformation. I wouldn’t have burnt fat and built muscle the way I did- nearly an inch lost for every pound in my case- 16.5 inches and 17 pounds. The workouts are structured in a way that you can actually feel yourself getting stronger, and when it’s time to move on to the next one, your body is prepared. I’m not done, it’s not about finishing. It’s about maintaining an active, balanced, healthy lifestyle to be the best version of you that is possible (it doesn’t hurt that my clothes fit better than before I was pregnant, either). For me, if my clothes fit and I feel comfortable in my skin, I can focus on life. I’m much more motivated and I have more energy and confidence to take on whatever challenges come my way. To me, that is priceless. I encourage you to train with Mike, he’s taught me so much about how to eat and train for optimum health and I hope you will let him do the same and more for you.

Stephen and I are happy to report that our twelve week online fitness program was a success! Before we started, we had become unhappy with some of the habits we had developed with working out and eating. Before the summer, we had tried to make small changes on our own, but were not seeing many results. When we heard about the 12-week online fitness program from Michael Stull, we were a bit skeptical about hiring a fitness and nutrition specialist since we never considered ourselves to be fitness buffs. However, the decision to join Michael’s 12 week online program was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Michael developed a customized workout routine and meal plan for me and Stephen. A plan that was flexible and easy to follow even with our busy schedules. The meal plan took some getting used to, but we are now much happier with our eating habits and have been enjoying the benefits of healthy eating. Michael provided us with a structured meal plan, which eliminated unhealthy food and sweets, without leaving us hungry or frustrated. Before Michael’s help, we were eating what we considered to be healthy food, but it wasn’t until we utilized Michael’s meal plan that we truly started to see results. As far as the fitness routine is concerned, we were able to complete our workout sessions straight from home in about 30 minutes a day; the perfect time frame for anyone with a busy schedule. Since starting the 12 week online fitness challenge, finding healthy meal options and maintaining a workout routine have become second nature. I decided to start the 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge when I was seeing the amazing results that so many people were having. My main goal was to lose weight as well as gain some lean muscle mass. Here I am hoping I am an inspiration for others to want to get fit! I was at a point in my life where I was eating for comfort and had low self-esteem. I felt I was getting down and would try every diet out there which did not work at all. I was always tired and had no energy which I was sick of. When I first joined Michael’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge, I lost 10 lbs. in the first week and thereafter usually 2 to 3 lbs. weekly along with inches. Total loss was 26 lbs. and 16.25 inches on my body. Michael’s plan was great for my busy work schedule, with 2 little ones and being a single mom I managed to do my meal prep on Sunday’s for the whole week. I used exercise equipment at home which was easily accessible for use once I put my kiddos to bed. I would go to the gym 2 days a week and the rest of my workouts were at home. Michael was available at any time via email for any type of questions or even if you start feeling down he was there to help you keep your chin up and to stay positive and keep pushing harder! His famous words were, “Stay the course!” Thanks to Michael, I am seeing results I have wanted and would recommend his program to anyone! I would highly recommend doing his program with a buddy to help keep you on track because that has helped me a lot! Now, on to round number 2 of The 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge!

I definitely recommend Michael Stull’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge to anyone. It’s great to have someone who may not be nearby you, but can be there immediately if you need any question answered. For me, I need that weekly check-in and my questions/concerns answered. I learned how to listen to my body and how to feed it. I learned how to make healthier choices and learned how to be more creative in the kitchen. I always loved to lift (ladies, you won’t get bulky!) and I’m glad to see the muscle definition I want! I’m also glad my tummy bulge is decreasing. The workouts are challenging but anyone can do them, each week getting stronger. Michael gives you the keys to successfully complete this program, you just have to make your way to that door and unlock it and your potential will be unleashed! Along with his new book “Dominate Your Day” you can’t go wrong!

To start, I am not the most motivated person and I’m not the most positive person. I do however put all I can into something I start.  I kept following Michael Stull and all of his online clients and finally I don’t know what changed or convinced me to jump into it but I did and joined the 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge and I am so glad I did.  I have kicked soda to the curb (I have had a sip here and there but then feel awful and drink tons of water to flush it out) but I went from literally four or five 30-ounce cups of Mountain Dew a DAY to the week before this challenge taking it down to a 12-ounce cup then when I started, none! That’s something I am very proud of.  I pushed myself to walk more and to take longer routes to work or just extra laps up the hotel stairs and down the hall and back multiple times and I felt better.  I thought drinking 64-ounces of water a day was going to be hard but now I drink it and think nothing of it. Once you get into the routine it becomes part of the lifestyle. My eating wasn’t bad before the challenge. I did change it to fit the plan Michael made to fit my needs. I love Butterfingers and DQ pumpkin pie blizzards so I did have a few weak moments in my diet but I also didn’t have full on cheat meals.  I know Michael said I could and I did, but not every week.  The difference between WANT and NEED is self-control. My total inches lost is a total of 8 inches all around. I lost 1 inch from each arm, 2 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my hips and I lost 1 inch from each thigh. My weight is down a total of 20 pounds! I feel better and I am so proud to be eating better and knowing my overall health is better. I have my moments of weakness but after seeing the results, it only make me want to push harder for my goals. When you put in work and dedication to your diet anything is possible. The Gulf Coast High School Athletic Department in Naples, Florida invited Michael to speak to all the coaches before the fall sports season to educate the coaches on nutrition. I was very impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm Michael displayed on nutrition. After the meeting I asked Michael for his business card and I contacted him for more information about his programs. I met Michael in mid-August 2014 and was getting married on October 30th and wanted to lose weight and get in better shape. I decided to hire Michael and use his online program. I lost 25 pounds from early September until my wedding on October 30th by following his program 100%. In addition to losing weight, I was able to add a lot of strength and muscle. I also have more energy and feel a lot healthier overall. Michael was very professional and responded very quickly to any questions I had about the program. Since I was having success with his program, I felt confident that Michael could add value to my cross country program and the health of my athletes. As I write this I am sitting on my flight home from Denver where I just had the most wonderful vacation of my life. Some may not think that traveling across the country for a race and to climb 224 steps up a waterfall sounds like fun but to me to was not only family time it meant I reached my 12 week online fitness goal. When I signed up I July, I had a goal weight I wanted to reach and to have the stamina to climb Seven Falls and hike at the top and to be able to run the race ‘ Run The Rocks’ at the Red Rock Amphitheater in Denver, CO. I accomplished all! I wanted to loose 30 pounds and I achieved that. I wanted to be able to run and climb steps. I achieved that. Not only did I reach these two goals, but the weight training is changing my body. Yes there is still work to do and a way to go. I am well on the way to a new me. I have have a new outlook on life and a new confidence in my daily living. I do believe that God put you in my path and very glad he did. I was so tired of spinning my wheels with diet and exercise. With your nutrition plan and workout program I was able to reach my goals. Knowing what to do and what to feed the body it all comes together. Also, I want to tell you again that my asthma is so much better. Getting the gluten out of my diet and reducing the inflammation out of the body has made me feel like a different person! Having reached these goals I am ready to figure out what next goals will be and how to get there. Thank you again for always being there and helping me out when I needed it!

I was like everyone else who has started and failed to finish countless “workout programs” so I said why not try Mike’s program? I was a little worried at first about the online part and how it would actually work. I am glad I decided to work with Mike because unlike the other programs I have tried, his worked. The best part about the whole experience is he not only cares about your health, he cares about you as an overall person. Mike wants you to hit your personal goals just as much as you do which in return makes you work just as hard. If your trainer cares just as much about your goals as you, there is no option but to succeed. If you have questions, he responds right away. If you don’t think something is working out for you, he has an alternative that will help you move forward and not back. The weekly check-ins make you stay on target and push yourself harder each week. Now you’re in a routine and getting results. Next thing you know the 12 weeks are up. So, the untimely death of my fitness career started approximately four years ago. Prior to this time, I was a pretty dedicated gym attendee. I had three kids at the time, who were school age, and I was able to fit exercising in before work, after work and during lunch time. I went to the gym with no other purpose than to build up a sweat!  I spent time doing cardio and messing around on weight machines without any particular goal. Fast forward three years….after a divorce and a new marriage, I became pregnant with twins at the age of 33!  Did I mention that I also work full time (and then some) as a family nurse practitioner?  If you ever want to scare yourself to death, read about twin pregnancies. I bought a pregnancy exercise DVD to add to my collection of unused exercise DVDs and did as little exercise as possible out of fear of having something go awry during the pregnancy.  After a 75 pound weight gain and 37 weeks being pregnant, I gave birth to healthy identical twin girls who each weighed over 6 pounds. I was convinced my body would never, ever recover, even though I lost my pregnancy weight within 8 weeks. My twins will be three years old in May 2015. I decided in November of 2014 that for my own mental and physical health, I really needed to get back into the groove of exercising. I had used the toddler excuse for long enough!  In my home, the months of November through March involve gymnastics and volleyball practice each night of the week and at least one weekend day (if not two) for my oldest child and wrestling practice and meets on weekends for the two older boys. Throw in Girl Scouts, homework, my full time job and the twins and all I need is a tent for this circus!  I needed to figure out how to make exercise work in the midst of the chaos of my everyday life. I happened to come across Michael’s program on Facebook by shear accident!  Michael and I lived in the same neighborhood growing up and I always like to support those I know!  I started looking at the 12-Week Online Challenge and became intrigued. I had always wanted to have a personal trainer, but the thought of having to work side by side with one when I would get out of breath walking too fast up the steps, was more than overwhelming, it was embarrassing!  This program allowed me to work with the best of the best (Michael), do it at my pace and complete the majority of it in my own home!  I did invest in dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. I tried my best to follow the diet because eating clean really makes me not only physically feel better, but it helps me to think better. I definitely crashed off the eating wagon more than once, but I picked myself up and did better the next meal. This program works. If I can find time in my hectic schedule of daily living to devote to this program…anyone can. This program, with Michael’s support, has reignited my passion, appreciation and love for exercise, eating well, and caring for myself! Although I finished the 12 weeks, I am well aware I have more changes to make!  I am continuing into a second round. My children will often exercise with me too and the message that I am sending to them about the importance of clean eating and regular exercise is absolutely essential in our current obesity crisis. Michael’s philosophy works. I use what I have learned from him to work with my patients on a daily basis!  I love having the ability to use my experiences and knowledge to help motivate others like Michael has motivated me! As a vain female, my ultimate goal is to have a toned physique, be physically strong and like the way I look in clothes!  I can tell you hands down that I have never been stronger and I am starting to see the toned physique that I am striving so hard to achieve!  It is great to hear people compliment me on my shape and not use the phrase, “you look great for having had five kids!”  I want to work hard, eat clean, and look and feel just as good as the next person in the gym regardless of how many children I have had!  This program works if you work it!  Thanks, Michael, for your direction, inspiration, and constant motivation! I was looking to feel more energized and healthier overall, as well as lose a few pounds/inches from my waist. I went to Michael specifically because I heard great things about his program and decided I wanted to purchase his nutrition plan. I have been following his plan precisely and have lost 20 pounds over the course of three months and I feel much more energized and healthier than ever before. For me, it has been easy to follow the nutrition plan because I enjoy eating the foods listed. I think that’s the key to make this a life change instead of just a diet. I do eat the occasional sandwich or meal that isn’t on the list, but by sticking to the core plan over 90% of the time, I am seeing great results!  In addition to the nutrition plan, I go to the gym three times per week where I do 30 minutes of cardio as well as strength training at least twice per week. I first found out about Michael’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge through a co-worker. She had such amazing results that I absolutely wanted to try the program for myself. However, I had recently found out I was pregnant and was unsure how safe it would be to start a fitness program at that time. Well, I went ahead and contacted Michael and I’m glad that I did. I have always been a heavy-set person and after finding out was pregnant I was afraid that I would gain even more weight. Being at the weight I was prior to pregnancy, it was only suggested that I gain between 5 to 10 pounds during pregnancy, therefore, I knew that I was going to need some kind of plan to keep me on track. The online fitness program not only helped me maintain my weight during pregnancy but after delivering my baby, I weighed 10 pounds less than what I weighed in at my first prenatal visit. My doctors were thrilled that I had stayed within my weight-gain range. Moreover, I’m happy that I don’t have the extra baby weight pounds to carry around. Michael’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge was exactly what I needed! I have always been pretty active but I have never enjoyed working out. In the past, I would workout a few days here and there and I would be able to maintain a certain weight but as I have gotten older, I realized it wasn’t coming off as easily (rather coming on much faster!). In the last year, I would go to the gym on and off but get frustrated when I didn’t see results so, I would be unmotivated to keep going. Then, I saw a friend of mine complete Michael’s program and saw all of her success which encouraged me to give it a shot. It has been amazing! Michael’s program has been such an empowering experience. His program has been really easy to follow and the workouts have made my time at the gym go by that much faster since it’s never a dull moment. Changing my eating habits has changed everything! I have a HUGE sweet tooth but eliminating that from my diet has made a big difference. Not only have I lost 2 dress sizes but I feel so much stronger and energized. In addition to all that, Michael has been so patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my nutritional questions and has helped me stay on track throughout the program. After completing Round 1 of Michael Stull’s 12-Week Online Fitness Challenge, I was ecstatic about my results! His program is so manageable and easy to follow and in the first 12 weeks, all the hard work paid off. Once it was over, I was motivated to continue onto Round 2 and that’s where the results were magnified. At the start of Round 1, I was a size 10 and at the end of Round 2, I am a size 6. I am in the best shape I have been in a long time and I couldn’t be happier. Michael has educated me on how to keep getting stronger, leaner and maintain this healthy lifestyle. I was unsure about signing up for an online fitness program. Would I stay focused? Would I have time? How much would it really cost me? I had just had our first child and was very unhappy with my body. I had a friend complete Michael’s plan and she had amazing results. So I reached out to her- she said it just takes planning. Well, I’m a planner so I decided now was the time. I was easily able to complete the strength training portion at home after I put our son to bed and snuck in 30 minute cardio workouts over my lunch hour at work a couple of times a week. Eating was key- I love carbs and truthfully still do. I was worried though, I am a picky eater but there is a lot of flexibility with what you can eat so I didn’t get bored with food options. I learned to add spices to a lot of different foods to make meals flavorful. I also found a new love for sweet potatoes! Surprisingly I was never starving as on some health plans I’d tried in the past. The high protein food kept me feeling full. Another bonus -the healthy food wasn’t more expensive than how I was already grocery shopping. And the protein shakes are quite good – not chalky like some brands I’ve tried. I’m happy to say 5.5 months post-delivery I fit comfortably back in my pre-baby clothes (some are even baggy!) and am excited to continue on this healthy lifestyle journey with another round of Michael’s plan! Thanks Mike!

I was thrilled with the results for my first 12 week challenge with Michael. I decided I still had more work to do and signed up to do a second 12 week challenge. What I didn’t realize was how challenging a second one would be. It was winter here in Ohio and I prefer to become a hermit. Eating comfort food and lying on the couch in my sweat pants would have been my preference. So getting in the workouts and eating right was tough. I admit I even fell off the healthy eating band wagon a few weeks. I didn’t eat as well as I’d hoped but nowhere near how bad I had eaten in the past. And I felt bad. It was a moment of; at what age will I realize that when I eat food that isn’t good you it makes me not feel good? So back at it I went. I enjoyed the new set of workouts and I could feel myself getting stronger. I still have more I’d like to accomplish but am happy with my results. I encourage anyone interested in trying Michael’s plan to make the leap. I promise you will physically feel better in the end.

Before my first challenge was complete, I had already decided that I would sign up for a second round.  I made great progress during challenge 1 and wanted to keep that momentum going. The second round of workouts were intense and just what I was looking for to continue my journey to being fit. I was lifting heavier weights than I ever had and could really see the amazing changes my body was going through. By week 6, I was close to my goal of achieving a six pack and knew that I would have it before the end of week 12.  But life had a different idea! Two days after posting my halfway photo, I received some news that changed everything. I found out I was pregnant 🙂 My husband and I had been trying for a while so I had time to think about how I wanted to be throughout the entire pregnancy. I swore that I would continue with my workouts and would continue eating clean, changing the intensity only as my belly got bigger. That’s how it went in my head. How it actually went was much, much different. About a week after finding out, I was hit with intense nausea for about 15 hours a day. Even when I felt better early enough in the day to get in a workout, I was too exhausted to do much of anything. As for what I was eating; let’s just say that kale is not something I craved after hours of feeling sick. I was in rough shape most days so I ended up eating whatever I could; whatever didn’t make me sick. I became turned off by vegetables and chicken (unless it was in nugget form) for quite a few weeks. Approximately 4 weeks later, the nausea started to ease up. At this point, I had missed almost 5 weeks of workouts and my diet was all sorts of out of whack but I was determined to get back to a good, healthy place. Some days, I would feel just rotten but others wouldn’t be so bad.  On the good days, I would try to be as active as possible. I started with weights and realized quickly that my strength had changed. I had to move to much lighter weights and 10 reps felt more like 100. I also tried running. I found that this, oddly enough, was where I felt good. I couldn’t run as fast or as long or as hard as I had just a few weeks prior but I could still manage and that felt amazing. Just recently, I started to feel normal again without daily sickness and I’m taking full advantage of it while I can.  I’ve been running 4 to 5 times a week and even was able to increase my speed and distance! Some days, I feel more like the tortoise than the hare but I’m just so happy that I can be active again. I get in a weightlifting session as often as I can but still have to use the lighter weights since I fatigue quickly. During challenge 1, I was able to ascertain the type of trainer Michael is; dedicated, motivating, committed to his clients. However, during challenge 2, I also got to learn about the type of person he is too. He was more than helpful and supportive when I needed to switch gears halfway through my challenge. He didn’t even bat an eyelash when I asked silly questions like, “How much cheese is too much” since that is ALL I wanted to eat for weeks! It was such a relief to know that he was still in my corner, despite all the changes to my initial plan. My ultimate goal for challenge 1 and challenge 2 was a six pack.  Looks like I might end up with a keg instead 🙂  But, I know that the tools Michael has given me have helped me to be healthy and active during my pregnancy and will help me to get myself back into shape next year. It’s such a relief knowing that I have everything I need to achieve my health and fitness goals because I’m not giving up on that six pack 🙂

I was pretty pleased with the results. I am fitting back into some of the shirts and pants that were getting snug. I feel TONS better running the basketball court. We are planning to get a treadmill or elliptical at the house here to combine with being able to workout in the house. I appreciate your posts and blogs that you sent as they were very informative and good motivation/food for thought. We have significantly changed our eating habits, cutting out the casseroles and limiting carbs overall. Overall, I feel you have a great program that is easy to follow. I did all of the workouts in my garage or house, which when I leave for work at 6:10 a.m. and get home at 4:30-5 p.m. makes it convenient and keeps me in the mood to workout quick before dinner. From a clinical perspective and working in the medical field, I constantly hear my patients say they don’t like the way they look. When they weigh themselves, all you hear are negative comments on how much they “need to lose weight” and to “stop gaining weight” and “do proper exercise.” Before I started my 12 week online fitness challenge, I was one of these individuals who procrastinated about feeling better, looking better and maintaining an appropriate weight for myself. A typical New Year’s resolution in today’s society is diet and exercise. In my opinion, people always say they are going to make this happen, but it doesn’t last or they give up after a couple of months at the most. I told myself I would make it happen and stick to it. Starting in early January, four days a week I went to the gym and did cardio only alternating between the treadmill and the elliptical (little by little increasing times) along with “cutting back” on the junk food I ate and smaller portions of food on my plate. After a few months of being consistent with the exercising and cutting back, I did lose some weight but at the same time I wasn’t happy with the way I looked and felt as if I needed to be doing more. With the mindset of wanting to make changes to look and feel better, I contacted Michael and informed him of what I was wanting. I’ve learned so much through him and his knowledge of staying fit. It’s not just about simple cardio exercising. What stands out the most for me is the nutrition; 80% of your results and how you look is based on a proper diet. It’s truly amazing how eating the right foods makes such a huge difference. In the beginning it was hard for me; took time for my body to adjust to the new lifestyle and I wanted to eat my junk food but I couldn’t. Your body starts to adjust, and then you don’t have those cravings. The exercising and weight-lifting seemed tough but that’s because my body was being trained outside of its comfort zone. It felt good knowing my body was going through changes; changes for the better. I can’t express how much better I feel at work and at home throughout the day. I have so much more energy and I’m not feeling “tired and groggy” and mentally I’m able to think clearer. I’ve also learned the scale is just a number. So many people always base their results on a scale. As Michael always says, “the mirror never lies” and what you’re seeing are the results you’re getting. My clothes have been fitting loose for a while and it feels amazing to know I’m doing something right. This has been by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. A total loss of 11 pounds (which is a lot for a small petite girl) but my body looks and feels great. My challenge is over and this is just the beginning of my lifestyle change. I will continue to work hard and keep up on the proper nutrition. Michael is truly an inspiration and knows the answers to any questions or concerns you have. Email or text him with literally anything at any time and he responds immediately. Approaching 35 years old, I felt as though I hit a major brick wall when it came to my fitness routine. I was working out regularly and eating well, so I thought, but was not getting the results I had once had a few years earlier. I knew I needed a complete shake up but didn’t quite know where to turn. I started noticing my friend, Laura Crews, was posting about a fitness challenge she was doing. Her posts over the 12 weeks were really impressive but it was her week 16 photo that sealed the deal for me. She had amazing 6 pack abs and I wanted that too! So I contacted Michael that day and signed up. I had a little bit of trouble the first few weeks with eating every few hours but I found my groove and wasn’t as “hangry” (hungry and angry) for long. I followed the instructions I was given and made sure to improve in some way during each workout. It wasn’t long before I was seeing and feeling results. The changes in my diet helped me to sleep better and the daily headaches I had have been nonexistent. My clothes were fitting better and those around me were noticing changes as well. But more than that, I feel good about myself and the way I look once again. I feel strong and healthy, which is what I wanted above all else. I was sad when my challenge was over and felt that I needed another round. Not only am I still chasing those 6 pack abs, but Michael’s program has been good for my psyche. He has been motivational throughout the 12 weeks to all his clients but was available to give me a little extra motivation when I was having a tough day. I signed up to get in shape but got so much more than that. Michael’s program gave me the focus, motivation, strength and power to accomplish more than I thought I could. Being a single mother and working six days a week, keeps me very busy. I need a way to exercise that saves me time, gives me guidance from a professional trainer, a plan to follow daily that keeps me on track yet is flexible and gives great results while being affordable. I was able to work out at home which saved me time, have a daily plan of action that was flexible around my schedule (he even includes a quick workout for when you are very short on time that is great), and a solid nutrition plan that is easy to follow. The scale says I weigh only 5 pounds less but the numbers on the scale have lost their importance to me. I am stronger, leaner, have more endurance, have toned up, lost a muffin top and a dress size and now fit in some of my clothes that I had been missing being able to wear. Most importantly, I FEEL better overall. Michael helped me to have a different perspective on food and know that it’s about making healthy choices to be proud of that are sustainable for life.  I now choose to eat gluten free and eat mostly Paleo-ish style, as that works best for me, and I guiltlessly eat the occasional treat or “cheat meal.” Through these 12 weeks, I’ve had a great time finding and experimenting with Paleo recipes that fit Michael’s suggestions on what to eat that are healthy, easy, enjoyable and delicious. On a deeper level — I did this challenge to lose any remaining “weight” of questioning my worth. I had felt rejected and felt judged on my appearance. I did this challenge to burn those big fat false beliefs of not-enough-ness and build my self-worth. Every time someone hasn’t accepted or approved of me as I am, has been a lesson for me to accept myself as I am. In the end it’s not what others think, it’s what you think about yourself that counts. I am enough. I am worthy. I am valuable. Within that self-acceptance I’ve found the motivation to be the best me possible. I did the 12 Week Challenge — TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF ME— physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. To honor my whole self. Mind, body, spirit. It’s all connected. Having completed the 12 weeks — I AM more confident, stronger, healthier, feel better and look better. It’s been an investment in me that is so worth it! I take responsibility for proactive healthcare by continuing to invest in myself with what Michael taught me — consistent exercise and healthy food & nutrition choices. I have struggled with my weight since I was around 10-12 years old. I have tried several things; even as a kid I tried Slim Fast. Then as an adult I have tried Weight Watchers (which worked great for a while but then I reached a plateau and couldn’t budge my weight anymore). I have also tried the South Beach Diet and Curves and both gave me the same story each time; lose a little weight then nothing. When I became pregnant I was put on bed rest at month 4. From the beginning of my pregnancy to the 4th month I gained only 10 pounds which I thought was not bad! By the time I went in to have my son which was a month early, I had gained another whopping 70 pounds! All those PB & J sandwiches and Klondike bars caught up with me! My son just turned 5 and from his birth to his birthday I had managed to lose 48 pounds. Then I decided to give Michael’s 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge a try. In 12 weeks I managed to lose 25.1 pounds! I am now only 7 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. However, I am 57 pounds from my end goal. I love the results I have accomplished and I am beginning a second round of The 12 Week Online Fitness challenge. Michael truly is a blessing. Anyone struggling with weight-loss I suggest giving Michael’s plan a try. It is worth every penny and the best decision I have made.

I was very eager to start my second installment of the 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge. I really wanted to focus in on toning up my abs, arms and thighs. Michael provided me with some great exercises for these specific areas. I quickly began noticing great results. I continued with the dietary plan and really noticed my endurance and stamina increasing with each passing week. Today, I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. Despite being an active athlete in high school- playing soccer and volleyball and then rowing in college, I really feel that NOW, I am in the best overall physical condition! From the start of the first installment to present day, I have lost a total of 20 pounds and I have dropped from a size 8 to 0! Inches have melted from my stomach and legs. I feel strong and fit in my core, my arms, my back and my legs. Undoubtedly, I will continue with the pointers and the diet that Michael provided as there is always room for improvement. I feel that I have truly gained a new perspective on healthy living and clean eating. When Katie and I first started discussing our weight issues, we tried just signing up for a gym and seeing what happened from there. We picked a gym here in Scottsdale and became members. In the beginning, we were going consistently 4-5 times a week. That slowly faded to 2-3 times, eventually to us canceling our memberships because we weren’t going anymore. For the next couple months, we had fallen back into our “couch potato” status and terrible eating habits. At the beginning of April, Katie and I realized that we needed to make a drastic change in our lives if we wanted to live a longer, healthier life. I had brought up Mike’s name before, because my brother Nate had completed his program. When we finally got around to signing up, both of us were mildly skeptical at first. We didn’t really believe that a higher protein diet would be able to help us lose weight and sustain the needs of our bodies. However, with all the great reviews and testimonials we read, Katie and I decided to take on the challenge. We contacted Mike, cleaned our refrigerator and pantry of all the food that was in it and went to a different gym to become members. The first couple weeks of Mike’s program were extremely difficult due to the drastic change in lifestyle we had to make. Making the decision to do the 12 Week Online Fitness Challenge was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I really thank God for this opportunity and the passion Michael has for making a difference in other people’s lives. To say that I am pleased with my results from Michael’s program would be an understatement. I’m absolutely thrilled! It has helped me change my life and the way I look at fitness and nutrition. Relatively soon into my first installment of Michael’s 12-week online fitness challenge, I realized I had gotten so much more than I had bargained for. Not only was my body shedding pounds and shaping up, but working out and staying focused was allowing me to rediscover my personal self. I was impressed with Michael’s weekly motivational emails and words of encouragement, not only to me, but to his other online clients. I could not have made a better choice for myself. I have tried and failed multiple times with multiple weight loss programs. Not to sound cliché, but no other program I’ve tried worked as well for me as this one.  12 weeks ago I was 10 lbs. heavier. I had barely enough energy to walk up the stairs at my office building. I didn’t have any motivation to begin another diet and I was ready to give up trying. As one who has always been a self-conscious individual, it has been difficult for me to be in a place where I appreciated the way I looked. Over the last 12 weeks, Mike has been able to help me transform not only my body, but the way I see myself. Looking in the mirror, I no longer pick apart the most minor of flaws. Jeff and I are officially looking good! I can’t believe how much better I look! My clothes have been so big on me that I have been buying new clothes left and right. I now fit into my skinny skinny-jeans! Everyone is noticing how baggy my clothes are on my body and it’s great! I feel like I have more energy and I have been exercising like crazy!  Eating better has been so easy now, we don’t even think twice about our healthy meals. Even when we have our cheat meals they are still never that bad to where we would undo our day. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for you teaching us how to be healthier! Thank you! This whole process has enriched my life in all other aspects. Getting started was easy! Michael supplied us with everything that we needed. We each had our own meal plan, which guided our meal choices and took the guesswork out of planning for our eating. We had our very own exercise plan, which catered to our needs and our personal goals: weight loss, muscle tone and definition, etc. What I found relieving was that Michael was able to create a plan for us to exercise at home since we do not have access to a complete gym. This did not hinder our progress at all! He worked around our schedules and gave us a plan that was easy for us to follow, and this was key to our success. I have been training with Mike for the past year.  It has been a great experience watching my body change.  This past June I ran in my first 5K! I have been working with Mike, as my personal trainer, for about a year and a half. Mike always starts the workout with a greeting. Mike has a caring attitude and encourages you to reach your goals. Since I started working with Mike, I have been able to stop two of my prescribed medications. When I began, the aerobic steps bothered me a great deal. He has done an amazing job at keeping me educated about fitness and nutrition and I always feel comfortable and safe when training with him. I first worked with Mike the summer of ’08. I was going to school and was going to be playing football. I needed to get in the right mind set of college football and also get in shape. Mike helped me accomplish this by acting as a coach and pushed me to work as hard as I could in the weight room and also helped me with things outside of football. Having a personal trainer is something not all people can do.  However, I know it is the best thing I can do for myself.  Anyone can go to the gym and work out. The difference is- are you getting the results you desire? Working out with Mike has increased my stamina and endurance, and has also strengthened my back. For anyone looking to follow an easy weight loss program that works effectively, Mike’s program is it!  The workout regimen is set out each week and it’s straight forward, followed with a strong nutritional plan.  The nutritional plan is the key ingredient to this weight loss program, not just for the weight loss, but for a healthier way of eating, along with a healthier way of living.  The nutritional plan was the hardest part for me because I was always a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but after trying new things with the nutritional plan I have managed to actually like new foods, along with some fruits and veggies!!  I lost 15 lbs. in the first 4 weeks of the program.  People started telling me that I look good, and asking me have you lost weight.  I’ve noticed that my shirts are just a little bit bigger on me, but the huge difference with my body is my waist.  My jeans are noticeably bigger, and I am tightening my belt up as much as possible now to wear them.  I now have more energy and I feel great!  Thanks Mike!!!
