About Michael StullMy name is Michael Stull and I am a speaker and presenter, wellness consultant, exercise physiologist, personal trainer, in-person and online health coach, strength and conditioning specialist, former collegiate basketball athlete, model and published author. I was voted as one of the “Top 3 Personal Trainers in SW FLA.” I continue striving to be an innovator in the healthcare field with an emphasis on pro-active measures to protect our health. I am the author of “Dominate Your Day: 365 Daily Motivationals for Your Health and Inspiration.”

My passion is holistic and functional health and wellness and I strive to provide my clients with science-based and real-world experience-based information to enhance their health. I get people and businesses into the best shape of their lives and I have dedicated my life’s work to doing so.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Heidelberg University with a double major Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management-Fitness, Health, Physical Education and Recreation. I have what are considered to be the top two accredited certifications in the fitness industry through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA); The Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credentials. I am a Certified Health Coach (CHC) through the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC). I hold The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) certification.

I have been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 12 years delivering dynamic presentations and designing and implementing holistic health and wellness programs for individuals, groups and businesses. My approach to wellness is a pro-active and progressive method. If you do not find time for health and wellness now, then eventually you will have to find time for illness.  I strive to avoid preventable illness before it happens with a comprehensive and holistic approach to health through healthy eating, supplementation, physical activity and proper recovery. My clientele ranges from ages five to ninety-five years old dealing with general fitness, physique enhancement, functional training, sport-specific and rehabilitation.
